Remove my account

Hi.  I really want to cancel my Spotify account.

Do not know why I can´t do it by my self ore why it takes sutch a long time fore you to answer me on my hotmail request.

Please help me as soon as possible.

Have you followed all of the steps in this topic including manually replying to the automated email as specified?

@it seems one of my colleagues replied to your support case on the 14th August. You submitted via an @Gmail.com address so we replied to that. Check your inbox.

but I do not have access to this gmail account. I have tried to change the email on my pages but that is not possible because it is apparently already registered . But when I want to log in with this account it can not be found.

Did you specify another email address in the original contact form at all? 

If not, get in touch using this form using a working email address and post your case number here and we can get it chased up for you.
