Remove my "Facebook" account and connect my main account to Facebook instead

I have a premium account that I've used with regular username login for years. I also seem to already have an account linked to my Facebook profile, which is not premium, doesn't have my playlists/history, etc. It won't let me assign my facebook profile to my main account because it says the profile is already linked. How do I get rid of my main Facebook spotify account?

Hey,

You can remove the Spotify “app” in your Facebook settings, then your Facebook account will no longer be linked to the regular one. After that just link your premium account with Facebook in the Spotify app.

Unfortunately, that didn't work. I did a "Log out Everywhere", then removed the app from FB, and tried linking my non-FB account -- still says the facebook account is linked to another spotify account.

You can write an email to: support@spotify.com or use the Contact Form to sort out your problem.

Spotify support will disconnect your facebook account, then you can connect with the new one in the Spotify app.
