Removed Spotify from Facebook, now duplicate account and lost playlists

Hello,

 

I have a Spotify premium subscription and removed the app from Spotify because it recently and inadvertently started posting songs I was listening to. When I tried to sign up again, a new account was created and I lost my playlists. In order to avoid having to pay double and in order to get back my playlists, could you please delete my new account and subscription and transfer my back to my initial account?

It indeed seems that your account has been duplicated by accident. The only thing you can do right now is reaching out to the official support team using this online contact form: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/ They can help you merging your accounts and everything.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
