My Question or Issue

 I have a family account, and i invited the 5 people who lived with me to join the plan. after 3 weeks of normal fucntioning i received an email which said that spotify wasnt able to verify the adress, and my housemates were removed from the plan. I dont understad why this happened, as they have the same adress as me listed. 

Help please?

Hey @tomassb, thanks for writing!

 

According to what you're letting us know, it's possible that your family members didn't reply to the verification email that was sent to them, which reverted their accounts to Free. In this case, our best recommendation would be to take a look at the "The invite isn’t working" section of the Premium for Family page that you'll find on our Support site.
