Removed premium facebook account

Hi,

i removed my facebook account 1 mounth a go. so i can still open from my macbook spotify it has login before.

i just has a new phone when i want to login with my account number login pages said you have facebook account you shuld change password from there... 

anyway i want to reset my password login page warn me "It looks like you are using your Facebook credentials to log in to Spotify. To change your Facebook password go to your settings page at facebook.com."

my facebook account deleted (not deactive) now i can't login my spotify account i'cant remove my subscriptions.

is there a way to login my old account or disable my subscriptions?
