Removing old account that I can't log into to change my email

My current account is linked to an old work email I no longer have access to and I want to change it to my personal email.

My personal email is apparently taken.

If I try to reset my password for my personal email account, it says it is linked to facebook.  If I try to login with facebook, it says "You do not have a spotify account connected to your facebook account......"

So I can't remove the facebook link (tried through facebook, does nothing) or change my email on my other account to my personal account.

Can someone either remove the facebook link to my other account, or delete it all together so I can just change the email on my current account (preferrably)  I want to get premium set up but don't want anything going to an old email.

If someone can PM me for the email for my other acocunt, please do so!
