Renew Premium through globe telecom Philippines spotify said payment failed

I renew the Spotify Permium using pre-paid load Globe Telecom Philippines from Spotify web pagefor 7 straight months this January in the payment field I can see only Visa/Master Card and Paypal.... no more other choices Globe Ph and Smart Telecom Ph....... ok i register using a service from Globe Telecom Philippines they recieved the payment, but Spotify show "Your subscription payment failed." I contact Globe Telecom Philippine buy the record they have I am register to Spotify Premium this is the message they sent to me: "Base on our system, you are successfully registered to Spotify premium yesterday 01-12-17 valid until 02-11-17. Thank you. Pls see attachment. Please Help

I'd recommend reaching out again to Globe about this, as they're the one's managing your subscription.

Obviously, you've never called Globe about anything-
You just sent that poor guy to customer service **bleep**.
