Renewed Premium but doesn't work - playlists empty in Iphone & commercials?

Hi,

 

My premium subscription ended by mistake due to new payment details. I renewed it, with occuring subscription plus also received 1 monty for free. 😃

 

However, my playlists on my IPhone show as 0 tracks and when I click on the playlist, they songs seem to be there but show as they are "offline". Tried to re-open Spotify but didn't work.

 

Also, my Spotify desktop seem to still be on "free" account as I receive commercials...

 

What should I do?

I would try a clean reinstallation of the app and see if that makes any difference?

Hi,

 

I understood that my payment had been somehow logged to another user-id - a random number. Unfortunately, I paid again to correct this but realized too late that I will now pay twice for premium... Would anyone know how to correct this?
