Renewed my Premium Subscription but Premium still Paused

Renewed my Premium Subscription but Premium still Paused

My debit card expired, and so I renewed my premium subscription through the Spotify mobile app. My only available option was to pay $119.88 for a year of Premium, though I had previously done monthly payments. I did this one time payment for the year with the new debit card. The transaction was complete according to my bank. Spotify receipt shows the payment as well.

 

However, my Premium has been "paused" due to a payment failure. The payment did not fail. The money was taken from my bank account, the transaction is not pending.

 

I've signed out and back in too. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

Hey @AndieK, help's here. 

 

It sounds like your subscription was paused because your old payment information was registered which had expired. We suggest that you cancel your subscription, which should give you back access to your account. You don't have to worry about the remaining Premium time you've already paid for, you will keep it 🙂
