Renewed subscription through iTunes subscription menu, no receipt

Renewed subscription through iTunes subscription menu, no receipt

I've used Spotify in the past, and have payed for premium regularly. However, recently I didn't have the iTunes credit to keep supporting it, so the subscription was cancelled. I got enough iTunes credit today and went to my apple id subscriptions menu and renewed my subscription for $13.99. When I went to the app, it was still in the free version. I have logged in and out, as well as deleting and reinstalling it. Nothing has changed. Also, I haven't received my receipt yet, despite the money being taken from my account. I'm not sure whats wrong, but i hope someone can help me.

The first thing you can do about this is to contact Apple since the payment's with them. If your Spotify account hasn't reverted to the Premium service, it means they haven't receved your payment through Apple specially because you haven't received any receipt.
