Renewing a previous membership with the offer

Hi, I have a premium membership that is expiring in 3 days.  When I went to renew it, I wanted to use the offer which is 3 months for $9.99.  I entered the credit card information, and eveything, but when I went to my account information, it said that it was still being charged next at the end of this month.  Why did the offer not work and is there a way to fix this?

Hi @maurariordan. Unfortunately the 3 months for $9.99 offer in an introductory offer only available to users that have not previously had Spotify premium. As you have had a premium subscription, sadly, your account is not eligible for the offer. Wish I had better news for you.
