Hi!

I have problems to suscribe
Suddenly I recieved a mail, saying that you cant charge this month and they had have to cancel my subscription.

I dont know why, my credit card is available and had enough money to pay, I tried with two different cards and the error continue.


The message is:

Ups, parece que tu tarjeta o proveedor de pago están teniendo un mal día. No te preocupes, no se ha cargado ningún pago. Inténtalo de nuevo o usa otro método de pago.

Hi. Have you change some information regarding your spotify's profile?.....sometimes credit card and profile should have the same origin. Also, you should check with your bank if they're blocking some online purchases, verify if you can see any unfinished movements on your bank account.
