Repeatedly Being Logged Out Of My Account

Over the past couple of days spotify has logged itself out of my account about half a dozen times. When I try to log back in my password is not recognised so I click the renew password link and then reset my password to exactly what it was before and then I can log in again. As I say, this has happened a number of times over the last few days.

But now two new playlists have appeared on my account that have nothing to do with me. Help!

You should visit the https://www.spotify.com/uk/bounty/ page and fill in the contact form. Sounds a bit like someone is using your account.

To use the contact form, you follow the right steps and press that bright green "I still need help" button on the bottom of the page. Someone from Spotify will see to your issue and reply back soon. Please, if you receive an automated email, reply to it even if it's a no-reply.
