Replace cellphone and not getting premium

Hi,

I getting a new cellphone . My old was broken . It is normal when i connect the new spotify on the new cellphone with Facebook , i'm on Basic spotify? i paid for Premium ( i got the received paypal) on my old cellphone and i dont see my all playlist .

No, that's isn't normal.

You most likely logged into an additional account you didn’t know you have. Don’t worry; unless you’ve applied a payment method to it at some point, this account is not costing you anything.

To get to the account you’re used to, log out of the “empty” account and log in again but, this time, use just your Spotify username or your email address.

I tryed to log out of the ''empty '' account , and i log in again with my
Username(anderikdavid) and my password = same thing .
