Reset Password email never received

Reset Password email never received

 

 

I closed down an email without realizing my Spotify account was linked to it and everything went fine for 3 days. Then I got logged out and realized what happened. I revived my old Gmail and it works just fine. Now when I try to use the reset password email, it says it sent but I never receive it.  However, when I try to make an account with the old email it says it's already taken, which leads me to believe the account is still there.  Why won't the email arrive in my inbox? I've checked promotions, spam, etc. It just isn't there. Please help, I've checked all the boards and now I'm just frustrated.

Have you tried to press the RESEND EMAIL button?

Check the Spam/Junk email.

 

If none of these work, contact the Spotify Team.

Hey there!

Did the suggestions above do the trick? If not, I'd recommend you check your Spam folder for any Spotify emails. You should also check your Spam filters and make sure Spotify emails are excluded.
