I cannot reset my password since I am not receiving any email from spotify on how to do so. I have checked my junk and spam folders as well. 😞

As a first step i recommend using this support page to locate any active accounts you have just to make sure you're expecting an email on the right address.

However, if it's the right one, please follow the instructions given here to try and reset your account's password.

In case it didn't help, please follow the "I’ve not received the email to reset my password" section.
