Reset password and says incorrect

Reset password and says incorrect

I've reset my password a few times now and when I login it says password or I'd is incorrect. This is on my phone and iPad app. When I try using the internet I can login??? Anyone else have this problem??? Help.

Are you logging in with your spotify username and not facebook or an email addresson your mobile devices?

Is it giving you a chance to enter your password on those devices? 

There is an open bug where a password change causes a crash and there is a work around on the topic.
