Reseteo de cuenta spotify

Me han regalado una cuenta Spotify 12 meses premium. He perdido el tiket donde se encuentra el pin. La cuenta está sin canjear, por lo que desearía ayuda para que Spotify me resetease la cuenta y me diese un pin nuevo para hacer uso del regalo.

Que tengo que hacer?

Ten en cuenta que Spotify pude tardar hasta 48 h en responder, por favor, se paciente, si creas nuevos tickets solo entorpecerás el proceso.
