Reseting password and unlink old facebook account

My husband and I signed up for the family plan, well it turns out we logged into spotify with our facebook accounts we no longer use or have access too (without reactivating them). Is there a way to unlink them through you guys so we can use the emails and not have to make new emails because that sounds a bit excessive.  Thanks
