Resetting Password!

Recently I send a reset password request via my email. The return reply is all in a foreign language, except the URL link. However when I click the link and it open in a new tab, this is what it reads Your password reset link is not valid, or already used. However I haven't had a chance to use it.
This is the first time for me resetting the password, otherwise the program working fine on my Android device.
Any suggestions will certainly help. I need my Spotify. 😎
