Resetting my password

I am getting Spotify again after a year but I forgot my password but When I enter my email to reset my password it says that my email not asociated with an account that is active

I have spoken to Spotify staff, they recommend trying to enter other emails you, might have used to sign up to the account. If that doesn't work:

 

I suggest you contact Spotify support and they can then change that email for you 🙂

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and I will escalate the issue for you 🙂
