Residence family plan

I have read the terms and conditions of the family plan and do not mention anything about the possibility of adding to the family olan friends who do not reside at the same address (yes in the same country). Can you confirm whether that requirement is maintained?

Hi @Valdemar77. As the policy states all members on a family plan need to reside at the same address to qualify. If it becomes apparent that you do not abide by the policy, then technically, you no longer qualify for the plan.

Curiously official support respond me right now clearly that the requirement only requires residence of the same country. I understand that's right, no?

Like I said, "technically" the same address, but yes, as support stated, the requirement is actually only based off of your country of residence. Despite not working for Spotify I still try to adhere to the "technical" side of things so I don't have to worry about getting in trouble.
