Response time - is 3+ days normal?

Response time - is 3+ days normal?

Created a ticket january 13th. Still waiting for a reply. Is it normal that it takes this long to get an answer? 

Ticket was not the typical everyday problem, but still would be nice to get some reply with an indication someone is looking at the case.

Case # 02306830.

Normally. they take within 24-48h to reply back, I'll escalate your message if you don't receive any answer.

reply to the email You received with the Spotify Casa number even if there is written "noreply".

I'm having the same problem. I responded to the email but I have not heard back and I'm not sure what to do. The problem was with my credit card and I need to get it resolved asap. My case # is: 04077332 and the Student Discount ref:_00DD0pxIW._5005714OCQD:ref. Any help would be appreciated!
