My Question or Issue

 Hi,

It seems someone had gained access to my account.  They deleted some of my saved music.  They also deleted and then readded a lot of music, making it difficult to determine what was deleted.


I was wondering if there is any way to restore a previous version of my saved songs list.  I lost a lot of music I may not be able to find on my own again.

We're sorry to hear this. Just to confirm, do you have access to your account at the moment? If you think someone might still accessing to your account, we suggest that you log out of every device from your account page. For extra safety, you can change your password.

 

If any of the playlist with your music was deleted, you can get it back with these steps

Yes I have access now.

 

Are the restoration points limited to one?

Hey @spoonhanded.

 

Right now, the restoration only applies to playlists on your end, so you can bring back any deleted playlists.

 

However, if your Songs section was deleted or updated without your consent, I suggest reaching out to the Support team. They'll take a closer look at your account to help you out.
