Retrieve client assistance chat transcript

Hello everybody!

I solved a problem thanks to the assistance chat earlier today but I forgot to send the transcript of the chat to my email. 

Can I retrieve it somehow?

Glad to hear you got your problem resolved. If you didn't get a chance to send the chat transcript to your email, I'm afraid there isn't a way to retrieve it.
