Reusing a old password

My Question or Issue

I need to reuse a old password If I do not use that password I will most likely have to make a new account and it says I cant use that password because Ive used it in the past. I'd like to know if there is any way to be able to reuse that password.

Unfortunately, due to security reasons, once used, a user cannot use an old password again when wanting to reset or change their current one.

I was able to find this new idea suggestion, posted not long ago, asking to provide users with the ability to reuse an old password on their current account - make sure to add your +VOTE and subscribe to  get live updates.
