ReverbNation opened my hubby's account... HELP!?

So, my hubby's account was opened through his reverb nation album release. we are attempting to log him in so that he can update his user bio and whatnot but we can't get him logged in. The website is trying to force him to open the page via his facebook, but refusing to accept his facebook password. My question is this: How can we get him logged in to change his info if we don't have the information reverb used to start the account?

PS: we tried to start a new account, but reverb used his email to open the dud account.

If you're talking about an artist page -- no login details exist.
