Reverting to free account

I tried to upgrade via the 3 months for $0.99 and thought I had, but today I received notice my trial membership had ended and I was switched back to basic free account. I tried signing up again but it said I had already used the promotion now and could only sign up immediately. I'm not sure how to fix this or why it's a problem for me.

Can you please double check if your credit card was charged? If not, you didn't complete the process.

Hi, I'm a new user. I had similar issue, my husband used his card to pay for my premium promotion. So, his card has been charged but my trial still ended on 1st Jan 2017. Help!
