Revomed spotify from facebook, now i can't log back in.

Yesterday, I accidently removed the spotify app from my FB account. And it seems like I lost my premium account now. I made a second account through FB, and my old account now no longer has my name connected to it. My old account now has a username wich are just numbers now. When I try too log in with that username I get the error message that the account does not exist.
I've read about similar problems on the community, but those are all about 3 years ago and nothing posted there worked for me.

Please help me get my premium account back

I already contacted the support 3 times in 2 languages and I didn't get any response.

How long has it been since you contacted them?

The contact form doesn't send a confirmation email after you submit it.

I contacted the support around 3 days ago and I am quite desperate now,  because I am paying for a service I can't use and that I can't cancel!!!
