I payed for my subscription yesterday, and I know for a fact that I only have one account. But it still says free beside subscription, and can't unlock the play offline feature. Like what the **bleep**!!! Is Spotify riping me off or what? I have the receipt for it also.

That is odd. I'd suggest you try logging off and then back into the client. Furthermore, have you taken a look into this thread that offers several ideas on how to solve it?
