My Question or Issue

I was going to pay the university discount, but unfortunately, my university didn't appear, so like anybody would've done they would put cancel on the process but when I did Spotify charged me for it, and it was weird because I didn't even complete the last requirement  but it still charged me, the worst part it charged me double and it didn't give me my premium so now I have to pay 100 pesos for a whole year and I can't even cancel it because for some reason the program charged me, but since it didn't give me the premium I can't cancel something I don't have.

Please If somebody can help me solve this I will be grateful

Hey @Adrian1231,

It’s very likely just a pending charge if you haven’t received a receipt from Spotify via Email.

A pending charge is a part of your bank or credit card company’s authorization process. When you submit a payment, they place a temporary authorization on the funds.

If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. The time this takes can vary, depending on your bank/credit card company. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.
