Rogers Deal - sharing plan

I have been a premium Spotify member for over a year now but I'm unhappy. 

 

I like the sharing plan that lets others using Spotify at the same time as me. I'm knowing there are offering this to Rogers customers and iTunes has a similar sharing feature.

 

Anybody how contact Spotify to ask if they switch me to the same deal as Rogers (I'm also a Rogers customer) so I don't have cancel and simply sign up again through Rogers.

I've also been a spotify member for a year, premium.

 

I just joined rogers unaware of this share plan, so I cancelled my premium... and for the life of me rogers won't help me and its impossible to find help with spotify, but I can't get this "free share" plan to work, and its making me think its a hoax.

 

I cancelled and set my account back to "free" but when I sign it up via myrogers it gave me some funky user name with these numbers, and no matter what I enter, they don't reconize the username or password, its a joke!

Hey - did you ever this resolved ? Does Google Music allow sharing ?
The only reason I wanted to stay with Spotify is that I will have to waste time making all new playlists for my account.

Rogers is offering Premium subscriptions to its customer through their "Share Everything+" plans. All information regarding the offer and how to link your account is here. If you have any trouble linking your account, contact Rogers directly as Spotify does not have access to subscriptions through telco partnerships.

The numerical username sounds like a Facebook account. Can you try logging in with your Facebook credentials to see if that's the account? Somehow your Facebook may have been disconnected from your main Spotify account and created a separate account. If that doesn't work, then contact Rogers to let them know what happened so you can apply the offer to your account.

everytime I contact rogers they brush me off and tell me to contact spotify, which really has no form of helpline

 

its like a game of cat and mouse... and it seems I'm not the only one with this rogers/spotify issue

 

Edit, I think the issue has been resolved... spotify now reconizes me as a rogers account

I can't figure Spotify out ??? Trying to get premium and it won't work.... Getting angry
