Hi,

Firstly, im pretty disappointed that there is no phone number where i can call to 'speak' to someone regarding my issue. I think a lot of the spotify subscribers feel the same.

my issue is that when I signed up with new Cellular plan with Rogers. Included with our plain was two free years of spotify premium with up to 3 accounts . When registering the phones online we accidentally registered the same username for both phones and we now cant change it . We have spoken with Rogers and they tell us that there's nothing they can do we have to contact you .
