Rogers account linked but still "Free"

Rogers account linked but still "Free"

I'm still unable to resolve getting my Spotify into Premium after registering it via Rogers. I should note that two out of the three accounts work. This is how it shows On the Rogers site, you can see that the accounts are registered (I have confirmed it is the correct Spotify account name):

However if I log into Spotify (Web or app) the account page shows me this:

How it should appear for Rogers subscribers is like this (as it does for the other linked account):

Has anyone had this resolved? If yes, who fixed the issue?

You should contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from a no-reply address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
