Rogers promotion

Had a free Spotify account before opening a "Share Everything" account with Rogers and getting 6 months free premium Spotify. The 6 months is up as of March 4th and we would like to purchase, switch subscription to Spotify Family through Spotify. When I go to my subscription in my account on Spotify it says they do not have the support to switch subscriptions and that ours are through Rogers and I should contact them. When I call them they say the promotion is up and any problems should go through Spotify. I am at a loss!

I tried going through MyRogers spotify, which was a troubleshooting option, it said to choose "manage", that is not an option on my account, because according to the girl I talked to at Rogers we dont have Spotify anymore. When I talked to a livechat associate at Rogers he said we were paying for monthly premium spotify and if we wanted to cancel that we had to do it through Spotify. 

Any solutions would be of great help.

You have to wait untl your Spotify subscription via Rogers ends, then you should be able to subscribe to Premium for Family here:
