Rogers subscription won't cancel

Hey Spotify,

My Rogers phone account was hacked into not long ago and as a result, a spotify subscription was signed up in my name. Since then, I 've cancelled the subscription and through their web app. The charges however, continue to persist. After contacting their representatives, they suggest I contact someone from Spotify instead as you guys will be able to fix this. Can this be resolved through your end or is this a Rogers issue? Thanks.
