Rogers to Fido

Hello, 

 

I was with Rogers and have Spotify Premium activated, now that I switched to Fido and tried to activate Free for 6 months Premium it won't let me. Anybody knows why? Thank you in advance.

That's odd. Just to check, are you getting any error messages from our end? 

 

In this case, we suggest you getting in touch with Fido for more details about the offer eligibility.

I am having the same issue and Fido doesnt seem to know what is wrong

Hey @Ukpeamara!

 

Right now, Spotify doesn't manage third party subscriptions. You'll need to head back to Fido for more information about the eligibility and how to activate this promotion.
