Royalties Trial vs Premium vs Free

I have a question about the Spotify royalties program.

I am aware that streams from Free accounts pay less royalties than streams from Premium accounts.

What about Trial (Premium) accounts? Do they pay same royalties like paid premium accounts? Or do they pay same royalties for streams as free accounts?
