Hi,

today I noticed that someone logged into my account without permission. This **bleep** used his Facebook to log in. I reacted quickly and logged the person out and changed my password.
Now I have the problem that this person's name does not change.
How can I change the name in Spotify??? Even if I login with my Facebook account the name doesn´t change.

No worries. I'd recommend recommend checking out this Support article for the next steps to take: https://support.spotify.com/article/someone-has-gained-access-to-my-account/. Is good that you already took some of those steps 🙂

If you linked your Facebook profile again successfully, everything should be fine now. It just may take a bit of time for the system to update everything. This can take up to 2 weeks.
