El dia de hoy me cuenta las cuentas de mis familiares en la cuenta que administro y al momento de querer unirse al plan les aparece un mensaje de error

Right now, the community is supported in English, so I hope you don't mind me replying like this.
All members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address, as stated on the T&Cs. If they can't validate the address where you set up the account, they're removed from the plan and won't be able to join again.
If they don't live with you, they can still get the Regular Premium subscription here.

But, why I have to pay a new account if I live in the same house? That is why I choose to take the familiar plan.
