SEND A MESSAGE OR SONG THROUGH SPOTIFY - not third party

Device- Huawei Android or Mac computer desktop app.

I simply want to send a song THROUGH Spotify to another Spotify user that I follow. 

AND send a message THROUGH Spotify.

NOT through a third party integration (facebook, messaging, etc.).
