SPOTIFY IS TRYING TO TAKE MONEY OUT MY BANK(iv already paid)

hi

im a premium member,i paid my last bill on the 11th of july,for some reason it only took five pounds out of my bank,i just recieved a message at the top of my bar saying there was an error with my card and you could not withdraw the money from my account,iv checked my subscription page and it says the money was due on the 25th,although you took money out on the 11th!

could you please sort this out.

this month the service has been dreadfull,and for the last  few days its basically not worked at all,and because of all im quite close to just giving up with you,iv been with you as a permium member for two years and do love the service you provide but it is becoming more and more too much hassle.so please try and sort my bill problem out asap.
