SPOTIFY PREMIUM: Undeliverable PIN Code

Hi, I used to have premium access in my spotify account, but during this month, Spotify failed to transact with my the phone number I am using and says that I should re-update my payment method.

I am using Pay by Mobile, Smart, but an alert message shown below is seen after I click continue:

"We were not able to deliver the PIN code to the phone number that was provided. Please check your phone number and try again."

I've attached the image of what is happening. I am really not sure what is happening. Is anyone familiar with this issue? Thanks!

PS: I've used this phone number in my previous premium subscription, and canceled it because of hopes that it might fix the issue. But sadly it did not. I also double checked the number I've inputted.
