SPOTIFY (Premium) not working on all devices

SPOTIFY (Premium) not working on all devices

Hi, 

 

I have a Premium account paid untill 6th June:

And my problem is that I cannot access music in any device:

 

1. Mobile: there is bar: "Spotify is in offline mode" on both wifi and mobile network. Intresting I can play music that is downloaded. 

2. Online/Desktop: I can browse all music but I cannot play it because the "play" button is inactive, like here:

Please help as I am losing hope slowly.

Hey @ce_avvl2e-87f! Thanks for writing.

 

In this case, our best recommendation would be to reinstall the app on your mobile device with the steps that you'll find here. Regarding your desktop version of Spotify, it'd be great if you could clear your web browser's cache and cookies. This way, Spotify will have a fresh start and you should be able to use just fine.
