STILL can't access my premium account since 7th Feb

I STILL can't access my premium account since contacting support on 7th of Feb as a duplicate free account was associated with my facebook login.

 

The last reply that I had from Spotify support was on the 21st of March (3 weeks ago). Having lost all hope of getting my premium account fixed, I asked for my account to be cancelled and for a refund for the time which I've been without service. The response I got was 'We are currently looking further into this and we shall can keep you updated with any progress being made.'

 

Can someone please help me cancel my account???
