STOP BEING CHARGED $$

I got the spotify trial many months ago and used it twice. What I didnt realise is that I have been charged $11.99 every single month for the last 8 months!! I don't use spotify, I don't even have the app! So today I downloaded the app and signed in through FaceBook but is says I am on the free version anyway so there is nothing to cancel!! This needs to be sorted ASAP!!! How do I stop these payments for something I am not using????

You are being billed through the iOS subscription. (Hence the $11.99, instead of the usual $9.99)

To cancel, just follow these steps:

1. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. tap on iTunes & App Store.
3. Tap on your Apple ID at the top.
4. Choose View Apple ID from the popup menu.
5. Enter your password when prompted and tap on OK.
6. Tap on Manage under Subscriptions .
7. Tap on the name of the subscription you'd like to cancel or modify.
8. Turn the Auto-Renewal option to Off.
