I have checked my account. It says free. Emailed trying to fix it. Stupid fkn automated bs reply. I CANNOT cancel my subscription if it SAYS FREE ALREADY. You guys owe me like 6 months worth. I AM FURIOUS. And YES I responded to emails.

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

You’ve probably created a second account and subscribed to that one. Check your other email inboxes for emails from Spotify--that can give you a clue as to where the second account is registered. You can then cancel the second account by following the steps here. Just be sure to check you’re deleting the account without your playlists (check by signing in with both).
