Sorry to hear that you're having some difficulty with your downloaded songs in Offline Mode.
We'd suggest checking out the steps under “Downloads unexpectedly removed” in this article. They should help with this.
Always ensure that you're running the latest version of the app and that your device has the latest firmware. Also, check that you're managing the device's space well.
