I want to comment that the Support Center needs to improve on their help on issues. 

 

Three days ago I requested a password reset. 

I was not receiving the email, so I contaced the support group. 

 

The Chat room ignored me after they couldn't figure out what was wrong.

The support on email only sent me two separate emails (because I had to email them two times) and stopped replying to my responses. I received two emails from them and it was always someone else emailing and I had to explain myself again.
