I just upgraded my plan to add my wife.

She clicks on the link and it asks her to login.

She clicks login with facebook and it says she doesn't have an account with facebook credentials

She clicks create an account and it says she already has an account with her email address

She clicks forgot password and it says No account with that email address exists

Help.

Is this the only way to get support? I've paid my money for my 3rd account but can't use it because of thsi bug.

Is there any other way to get support?
